“Easy to Use” Leave Management for Execom

The Customer

Execom is a software engineering house focused on the entire development cycle, from idea, design, production to maintenance of complex software solutions. The business is rapidly growing, currently with over 130 employees.

Execom has been an Appogee Leave customer since 2013. Nataša has worked with the company for 2 years and been using Appogee Leave with an HR Manager role during this time.

 

Before Appogee Leave

Before using Appogee Leave, Execom were using spreadsheets to manage leave requests and approvals, which could become complicated. Using this method left them with no overview tools or options for reporting on this information.

With lots of employees to track and managers needing access to information and multiple teams to navigate, they needed to find a new solution.

 

Life After Appogee Leave

Execom were first attracted to Appogee Leave by the G Suite integration but were pleasantly surprised by how “easy to access and easy to use” the system was. During the trial Execom found the support team to be a great help with answering any questions they had. The sync with G Suite meant that employees could now be easily added to Appogee Leave and that leave and sickness requests could be added to Google Calendars.

Over the last 6 years, Execom has continued to find the system simple to use and easy to manage.  Having all absence information so accessible, organised and in one central location, has been invaluable to them.

Nataša and the team have been very happy with the service they have received over the years from both the support and customer teams. Any queries have been quickly resolved and allowed them to continue using the system to streamline absence across the business.

One of Execom's sister companies now also use Appogee Leave and Nataša continues to recommend the solution to other businesses.
