Appogee HR is an online HR management system (HRMS) for records and compliance management.  The application stores employee data, records and company documents, whilst allowing for meaningful, instant reporting across all information stored.  Appogee HR also includes Appogee Leave, a complete leave and sickness management application.  Access to data is controlled securely through User, Manager, HR Manager and Admin roles.

Appogee Leave is an online absence management system, providing a simple way for staff to submit leave requests and managers to approve. Employees can keep track of allowances, whilst Management and HR are able to report on all forms of absence and plan for time-off and staff attendance.

This app has helped us to manage our leave properly, rather than still relying on paper forms! Employment profiles, bank holidays etc making keeping track a lot easier – as does the automatic carry over. Our users now know that leave that is approved will appear automatically within their Google calendars.
