    Appogee HR Partner Program

    1. Appogee HR  Partner Program Level

      1. The Appogee HR Reseller Partner Program has three program levels: “Referral Partner”, “Reseller Partner” and “Outsourcer Partner”.  
      2. Membership of the Appogee HR Partner Program is subject to the terms of the Appogee HR Partner Agreement between Appogee HR Limited and the Referral, Reseller or Outsourcer Partner.
      3. There are requirements for being a partner which are listed below.
      4. Review of status: The Program level for the partner may be reviewed by Appogee HR from time to time. If the requirements for “Appogee Referral Partner”, “Appogee HR Outsourcer Partner” or “Appogee HR Reseller Partner” are not met, then Appogee HR, at its sole discretion, may redesignate or change the level for the partner or terminate the membership of the Partner Program.
      5. A partner may be approved by Appogee HR to engage under different program levels (e.g. both Reseller and Outsourcer) for different clients. 
      6. Appogee HR may revise the Appogee HR Partner Program from time to time. Appogee HR will provide Reseller with 30 days notice of any material changes.

    3. Partner Benefits and obligation

      The following additional benefits are applicable based on the reseller program level.

      The Reseller Partner or Referral Partner must comply with the obligations and follow the processes set out below as part of receiving the benefits of the Appogee HR Partner Program.

      New Sale Referral Fees and Resale Margins Referral Fee: 20% of first twelve months of contract revenue from the initial start date of contract with a newly referred customer, contingent on deal registration approval (see below)

      Partner Sales and Order process

      Referral Partner registers opportunity with Appogee HR.

      Referral Partner engages Appogee HR rep to lead the sale with the support of the Referral Partner.

      Appogee HR leads negotiations to close.

      Reseller Partner registers opportunity with Appogee HR. 

      Reseller Partner engages Appogee HR rep to support the sale (if requested by Appogee HR).

      Reseller Partner leads negotiations to close.

      Outsourcer Partner registers opportunity with Appogee HR. 

      Partner may request support from Appogee HR rep to support the sale.

      Outsourcer Partner leads negotiations to close.

      Contracting process

      Appogee HR handles procurement process.

      Customer places order on Appogee HR, either online or off-line.

      Appogee HR pays Referral Fee to Referral Partner.

      Reseller Partner handles procurement process.


      Reseller Partner takes order from customer and places order on Appogee HR (net of reseller discount).

      Reseller Partner handles procurement process.


      Reseller Partner takes order from customer and places order on Appogee HR (net of reseller discount).

      Contracting entity and acceptance of Terms of Service

      Customer accepts Appogee HR Terms of Service

      Customer agrees to Appogee HR Terms of Service.

      Reseller partner shall ensure this happens as set out in the Partner Agreement.

      Outsourcer Partner is contracting entity and accepts the Appogee HR Terms of Service.

       

      Partner shall ensure that its contractual agreement with its clients is compliant with the Terms of Service and other terms as outlined in the Partner Agreement

      Outsourcer Partner maintains sole responsibility for invoicing and collection. Outsourcer Partner solely responsible for the timely payment of Appogee HR Subscription fees less partner discount to Appogee HR.

      Contract renewals

      Appogee HR manages renewal process.

      Reseller Partner responsible for renewal orders.

      Outsourcer Partner responsible for renewal orders.

      Customer support

      Provided directly by Appogee HR

      Provided directly to client by Appogee HR but partner (with trained support personnel) has opportunity to provide first level support if desired

      Provided directly to end-client by Outsourcer Partner


    4. Appogee HR Price List

      Pricing for standard Appogee HR Services (subscriptions and standard assisted set-up services)  may be found on our websites at https://www.appogeehr.com/pricing.

      Consulting, API and Training services pricing is subject to specific quotation and/or a Statement of Work.

    5. Partner Deal Registration approval process

    The deal registration process exists to ensure that reseller discounts or referral fees are available to an Appogee HR Partner who identifies a new opportunity unknown to Appogee HR and provides sales support to close the sale. Only one Partner will be granted deal registration approval for any opportunity. To qualify for the benefits the Partner must register the deal by email providing:

    1. End-User company name

    2. Opportunity Size - users

    3. Likely Appogee HR Service (HR, Leave Time)

    4. Estimated close date

    5. Background to registration: Actions taken to promote Appogee HR, how the reseller initiated the opportunity and their relationship with end-user

    Appogee HR will review all deal registrations and respond within 14 days of submission. Deal Registration approvals expire after 60 days. Reseller may resubmit a deal registration request on expiry.
