Appogee Leave provides a very simple and easy to use request and approval system for leave requests and sickness reports. The process is intuative and quick ensuring employees use the solution to manage their own leave allowance.
Requests can be made by an employee for both sickness and leave (depending on admin configuration) from their own personal calendar dashboards. From here the employee can specify the type of request and give any supporting reasons.
Managers get notifications, both in their Appogee Leave dashboards and via email to let them know that a request requires their attention. More information on the request can then be viewed and a decision made.
