Employee Self-Service for Leave Management

Connect your staff with their own leave allowances and requests through the employee self-service portal in Appogee Leave.

The application provides a very simple and easy to use request and approval system for leave requests and sickness reports.  The process is intuitive and quick ensuring employees use the solution to manage their own leave allowance. Full visibility of what the employee has taken, what they have left and allowances ensure that everyone is always looking at the same data to remove the potential for error.

Requests can be made by an employee for both sickness and leave (depending on admin configuration) from their own personal calendar dashboards. From here the employee can specify the type of request and give any supporting reasons.

Managers get notifications, both in their Appogee Leave dashboards and via email to let them know that a request requires their attention. More information on the request can then be viewed and a decision made.
