Plan Who IS Working Where
Managing hybrid working for your employees requires a software solution with employee self-service to allow staff to record their working locations, including which area of the office they want to work, whilst also being secure and accessible from anywhere. If you’re downsizing your office facilities, or remaining in the same office as your company headcount increases above current office capacity, you’ll need to ensure you’ve got an accurate office booking-in system to manage hybrid working successfully.
Book Office Space
You need Appogee Time’s Location Management feature (included in Appogee HR Success or available as an add-on for Appogee Leave and Appogee HR Essentials) in place to allow staff to book time in the office, or even in a particular area in the office to manage capacity and ensure everyone gets a desk. Even better, you’ll get a notification if your office space is near capacity on a particular day to allow you to manage space with ease. You can also set up default working routines for your workforce.
