This easy to use vacation management solution makes it so easy for your staff to request vacation and have the correct numbers of days taken out of their annual PTO allowance once it's been approved, meaning your teams don't have to update spreadsheets or request via paper forms. If any attachments need to be added to a vacation request this can be done in just a few clicks and stored against the staff members individual record.

In-app manager approval
Managers will receive emails and in-app notifications to prompt them that there's an approval awaiting action. Appogee Leave quickly enables approvers to make informed decisions on whether a request can be approved, with easy information on timing, reasoning and any clashes within the team. This quick way of approval makes staff vacation management easy.

Online team calendars
Online team calendars are then updated with the newly approved vacation, sickness or PTO requests, for both employee and team to see.
