Online leave management is made simple with the employee self service request system. In just a few clicks, a request can be made and approved. Employees can check their leave allowance, remaining balance and make a request from anywhere with an internet connection, on any device. Managers can approve requests with just one click. This function ensures there are no errors and all request are dealt with promptly. Team visibility allows for accurate approval decisions.
Absence is easy to monitor using the online team calendar, available to all employees. This calendar view shows all approved leave and sickness across the team so that employees are kept aware of who is off and when, enabling them to check prior to making requests. Managers are able to view the calendar to get an idea of employee numbers during certain periods and check who’s off prior to making approvals.
An overview of who is off today and upcoming absences within your team is displayed on the Leave Dashboard. A roll up of pending requests and your upcoming absences are displayed in your My HR Dashboard.
